We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly efficient Listing Executive to manage and optimize product or service listings across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong listening skills, high typing speed, excellent written English proficiency, and a solid understanding of ChatGPT and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and optimize product or service listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) or internal databases. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of listing details, including descriptions, pricing, and images. Proofread and edit listings for clarity, grammar, and SEO optimization. Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data sorting, etc.) to manage large sets of data listing efficiently. Leverage ChatGPT or AI tools to improve content quality, generate descriptions, and automate responses. Monitor and analyze listing performance, making recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure listing accuracy and visibility.
Requirements:

Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions precisely. Fast and accurate typing speed (50+ WPM preferred). Excellent command of written English (grammar, spelling, clarity). Proficiency in Excel (data management, formulas, reporting). Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content generation is a plus. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in listing management, data entry, or content writing. Familiarity with SEO principles for e-commerce listings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
