Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Listing Executive to manage product listings across various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and upload product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, etc.

Write accurate product descriptions, features, and specifications.

Upload high-quality product images and ensure they meet platform guidelines.

Optimize titles, keywords, and other SEO elements for higher visibility.

Monitor and update inventory levels regularly.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy.

Track competitor listings and prices to ensure competitiveness.

Respond to customer queries and coordinate with support teams.

Maintain product catalog, pricing, and discount structures.

Ensure all listings comply with platform-specific policies.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong written communication skills.

Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Familiarity with image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields).

Prior experience in e-commerce listing or catalog management is a plus.
