We're Hiring: E-Commerce Lead/Manager - Healthcare Therapy Equipment

Lead end-to-end online sales operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and global marketplaces.

Create and execute sales strategies to drive consistent month-over-month revenue growth.

Manage pricing, offers, promotions, and campaigns focused on high ROI and conversion.

Monitor product rankings, traffic, and conversion analytics to identify and capture new sales opportunities.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to develop aggressive sales & marketing tactics.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan high-performing promotions and launches.

Track, report, and optimize key sales KPIs: Revenue, AOV, ROI, CTR, and Conversion Rate.

Streamline fulfillment, order accuracy, and customer experience to enhance repeat sales.

What Makes You the Right Fit

? 5+ years of proven experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Sales Management (healthcare, wellness, or medical devices preferred).

? Proven record of sales growth, revenue achievement, and performance optimization.

? Strong command of Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central, ad campaigns, and product ranking strategies.

? Analytical mindset with hands-on expertise in Excel, data interpretation, and performance metrics.

? Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of owning complete sales responsibility for e-commerce channels.

? Strategic thinker with a sales-first mindset and a drive to deliver measurable business growth.
