Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-commerce Lead to drive online sales growth for our skincare brand. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our D2C e-commerce channels, leading digital marketing efforts, improving the customer journey, and leveraging data to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Strategy & Management


Develop and execute the end-to-end e-commerce strategy across the brand's website and marketplaces.


Own P& L responsibility for the e-commerce business, including revenue, profit, and ROI targets.


Manage Shopify (or other platform) storefronts, ensuring seamless UX/UI, performance, and CRO.

2. Site Optimization & Conversion


Lead A/B testing, product page optimization, and landing page development.


Oversee merchandising, SEO, site navigation, and mobile responsiveness to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

3. Customer Experience


Partner with customer service, logistics, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.


Analyze customer data to create segmented campaigns, improve retention, and personalize offerings.

4. Inventory & Operations


Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage stock availability and demand forecasting.


Ensure timely product listings, promotions, and fulfillment integration.

Qualifications:


4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in beauty, skincare, or D2C consumer

goods.


Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (Google Analytics,

Meta Ads, Klaviyo, etc.).


Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce, or similar platforms.


Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.


Passion for skincare, beauty, or wellness a strong plus.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
