Lead and execute the e-commerce strategy for the jewellery business, driving online sales growth
Own online revenue, P&L, margins, and key performance metrics
Manage the brand website, online marketplaces, and digital sales channels
Drive digital marketing, conversion optimization, and customer experience for high-value jewellery purchases
Oversee pricing, promotions, product launches, and online merchandising aligned with market trends and gold/diamond pricing
Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth fulfillment, inventory management, certifications, and returns
Use data and analytics to improve performance, customer engagement, and repeat purchases
Lead and develop the e-commerce and digital teams
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
8-12+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital business, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Strong experience in scaling online revenue and managing P&L
Good understanding of digital marketing, analytics, UX, and customer journey
Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and payment systems
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
