Protyze is a fast-growing nutrition and wellness brand focused on premium, science-backed products for fitness and everyday health. We're expanding rapidly across D2C and online marketplace channels and are looking for a performance-driven professional to lead and scale our marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Protyze's presence across major
marketplaces (Amazon, Google Shopping, Flipkart, etc.)
and
Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart)
.
Oversee complete
product lifecycle
-- from
listing, cataloging, and content optimization
to pricing and promotions.
Drive
revenue growth and operational efficiency
across D2C and marketplace channels.
Handle
inventory planning, order management, price negotiations, and escalation resolution
with platform teams.
Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams for
content and brand visibility
improvements.
Track, analyze, and report
sales performance, ROI, and competitive benchmarking.
Ensure
operational compliance
and accurate execution of campaigns, offers, and listings.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience
in marketplace and D2C operations (Amazon / Q-commerce / Google Shopping).
Proven track record of
scaling D2C brands
through online platforms.
Minimum
2 years of stability
in the current or previous organization.
Strong understanding of
listing, cataloging, and content optimization workflows.
Hands-on experience with
operations, pricing strategy, and vendor coordination.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in
Excel, dashboards, and platform analytics tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
Worked with nutrition, wellness, or FMCG brands.
Exposure to D2C website management and paid campaigns.

Pay: ₹354,642.39 - ₹705,149.86 per year
