We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our E-Commerce team as a Restocking Associate. This entry-level role involves managing inventory, restocking products and ensuring accurate stock levels. You will work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels on the e-commerce platform and ensure timely restocking of products.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to track inventory availability.
Update product listings to reflect current stock levels and availability.
Identify fast-moving products and ensure sufficient stock to avoid shortages.
Collaborate with suppliers or vendors to place restock orders as needed.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and discrepancies.
Support the implementation of stock management tools and processes to optimize inventory.
Generate regular reports on stock levels, replenishment timelines, and sales trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems (training provided).
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
