Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:

You'll work under the guidance of our E-commerce team to support global operations and gain experience in:

Global Catalog & Listings:

Assist in listing creation and optimization (titles, bullets, variations) for global marketplaces. Learn to work with flat files, A+ content, and localization (UK/US spellings, units).

Shopify Cross-Border Support:

Support in managing Shopify stores and understanding international duties, currencies, and checkout flow. Learn basics of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for global D2C.

Search & Advertising (Basics):

Help with keyword research using tools like Helium 10. Assist in monitoring Amazon Ads performance (SP/SB) and traffic data.

Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination:

Coordinate with the team on FBA and 3PL shipment planning. Learn demand forecasting and basic inventory health reporting.

Compliance & Account Health Monitoring:

Support in tracking account health metrics (ODR, policy compliance). Assist in basic documentation for VAT, GST, and return policies.

MIS & Reporting:

Work on weekly performance dashboards--sessions, sales, Buy Box %, returns. Analyze customer reviews to identify insights for improvement.

Campaign & Calendar Planning:

Support monthly promotional campaigns across marketplaces. Research global events/seasons relevant to our product categories.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields. Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) preferred. Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sorting, filtering; knowledge of Pivot Tables is a plus). Good communication, research ability, and willingness to learn. Interest in

fashion, apparel, or home decor

categories is a bonus. Prior exposure to tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Canva, etc. is a plus (not mandatory).
