Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor product performance, sales reports, and competitor listings.
Support in running online promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews in a professional manner.
Research market trends and suggest ideas for increasing sales.
Assist in daily administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields
.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a team.
