We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, content uploads, inventory tracking, customer service coordination, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with uploading and updating product listings on platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams for product data, images, and inventory updates Help monitor product performance, pricing, and competition Support with order processing and tracking logistics Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolution Help optimize product pages for SEO and conversion Generate and analyze sales and traffic reports Contribute to promotional campaigns and digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment
