Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated E-commerce Intern to join our E-commerce Department at VGL. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the E-commerce and Marketing teams, contributing to business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving key marketing initiatives. The intern will gain valuable insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and promotional strategies, while supporting the management of customer feedback and assisting in campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Feedback & Review Management
: Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback for products across various online platforms. Compile and analyze feedback to identify trends and actionable insights.
Reporting & Data Analysis
: Prepare detailed reports based on customer feedback, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. Use this data to suggest product and service enhancements.
Collaboration with Marketing
: Work closely with the marketing team to translate customer feedback into actionable insights that inform promotional strategies.
Idea Generation & Strategy Input
: Provide suggestions and innovative ideas to the marketing team to improve campaigns, product visibility, and customer engagement.
Promotions & Campaign Support
: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills

Preferred:
