E-Commerce Intern

to support our online sales operations and get real-world exposure to the backend of major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings & Management

Upload and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized product descriptions Ensure product details, prices, and images are up to date

Order Processing & Inventory Tracking

Assist in managing orders, shipments, and returns Coordinate with the operations team to track stock levels and replenishments Update inventory and stock data on dashboards

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily/weekly online sales and performance metrics Help prepare sales and inventory reports Analyze trends and suggest optimizations

Customer Communication

Handle basic customer inquiries and reviews on e-commerce portals Monitor feedback and escalate concerns where needed

Platform Optimization & Research

Research competitors' listings and pricing strategies Explore new platforms and sales opportunities Learn marketplace algorithms to improve visibility and sales

What We're Looking For

Passion for e-commerce, digital sales, and marketplaces
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho (plus point)
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
