Role Overview:

The

E-commerce Intern (On-site)

will support day-to-day e-commerce operations, website management, order processing, and digital coordination. The role offers hands-on exposure to how a live e-commerce business functions from the inside.

Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Operations

Assist with product listing creation and updates on the website and marketplaces Support inventory tracking, SKU management, and stock reconciliation Coordinate order processing and assist in dispatch and logistics follow-ups

Website & Platform Support

Support content updates, banners, collections, and product categorisation Assist in managing e-commerce platforms and dashboards Test website updates and ensure accuracy of product information

Customer & Order Support

Assist in responding to customer queries via email and WhatsApp Support issue resolution related to orders, payments, and deliveries

Marketing & Reporting Support

Assist with execution of digital campaigns and product launches Maintain trackers, reports, and basic performance data Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and updates

Eligibility & Skills Required:

Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in

Commerce, Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields

Good written and verbal communication in

English

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work from the office on a regular basis
