Key Responsibilities

Assist in

product listing and catalog management

on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, etc. Support in

order processing, inventory tracking, and pricing updates

Coordinate with internal teams for

product images, descriptions, and creatives

Monitor

sales performance, returns, and customer feedback

Help in

basic Excel reporting

(sales, inventory, ads data) Assist in

offer creation, deal updates, and festive campaigns

Support in resolving

customer queries and marketplace issues

Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of

e-commerce platforms or online selling

Knowledge of

MS Excel / Google Sheets

(basic formulas preferred) Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Pursuing or completed graduation in

Marketing, Business, or related field

(preferred)
