Position Summary:

As an

E-commerce Intern

at Astroyogi, you will gain first-hand experience in managing the daily operations of online marketplaces. You'll work closely with our operations and product teams to understand the full lifecycle of an e-commerce order-from confirmation to fulfillment and delivery. This internship will provide you with exposure to backend systems of major marketplaces and help you understand the core elements of e-commerce operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Lifecycle Management:

Assist in managing orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.

Inventory Handling:

Understand basic inventory flow including how stock is picked, packed, and marked as dispatched. Support in maintaining accuracy across inventory records on platforms.

Platform Experience:

Gain hands-on exposure to backend systems such as

Amazon Seller Central

,

Flipkart Seller Hub

, or similar platforms. Assist in updating product listings, tracking returns, and monitoring platform-specific performance.

Reporting & Coordination:

Support in daily reporting and maintaining operational dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of marketplace operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Students pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field.

E-commerce Interest:

Strong interest in digital commerce, online retail platforms, and order fulfillment processes.

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and under timelines.
