Key Responsibilities

Catalog Management:

Upload products and create optimized listings with persuasive descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality imagery.

Order Fulfillment:

Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure all daily orders are processed and dispatched within stipulated timelines.

Inventory Control:

Synchronize stock levels across the website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) to mitigate stockouts or overselling.

Customer Support:

Resolve order-related inquiries, track shipments, and oversee the end-to-end returns and exchanges process.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain sales trackers and KPIs (Conversion, TAT) using MS Excel to provide data-driven insights.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and promotional strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
