ob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

E-commerce Intern

to support daily operations across major online marketplaces such as

Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms

(Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.). The intern will assist in order processing, product listings, inventory tracking, and performance reporting while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Operations Support

Assist in managing daily activities on Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms. Monitor order flow and support timely processing and dispatch coordination. Help identify and report order issues such as delays, cancellations, or system errors.
2. Product Listing & Catalog Assistance

Support creation and updating of product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images). Ensure basic catalog accuracy under guidance from the team. Assist in checking listing health and reporting inactive or suppressed listings.
3. Inventory & Stock Tracking

Track inventory levels across marketplaces and warehouses. Coordinate with the warehouse or operations team for stock updates. Assist in maintaining stock reports to reduce out-of-stock situations.
4. Pricing, Promotions & Campaign Support

Help update pricing as per guidance and competition tracking. Assist in executing deals, offers, and visibility campaigns. Support basic tracking of campaign performance.
5. Order & Returns Support

Assist in monitoring order dispatch and delivery status. Help track returns and RTOs and update internal records. Support documentation for logistics or order-related issues.
6. Reporting & Data Analysis

Maintain daily/weekly sales and order tracking sheets. Assist in preparing basic MIS reports using Excel. Support data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
7. Policy & Compliance Support

Learn marketplace policies and compliance requirements. Assist in tracking penalties, claims, or reimbursement cases under supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in

Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields

. Basic understanding or interest in e-commerce marketplaces. Working knowledge of

MS Excel

(basic formulas, filters, pivot tables preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred (Good to Have)

Internship or academic exposure to Amazon, Flipkart, or quick commerce platforms. Familiarity with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or OMS tools (basic level). Interest in e-commerce, digital retail, or quick commerce operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
