Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing product listings across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Conduct quality checks for product descriptions, pricing, and images Monitor and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and other performance metrics Coordinate with design and marketing teams for promotions and banner updates Handle basic customer service queries and reviews Perform competitor and trend analysis to support strategy Help with order processing and inventory tracking Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and best practices
Requirements:
? Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
? Good communication and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
? Prior internship experience in operations, data management, or a similar field is a plus.
