We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
E-commerce Intern
to join our team for a full-time internship. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store, from product listing and inventory management to order fulfillment and customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has already dipped their toes into the e-commerce world and is looking to deepen their expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Catalog Management:
Assist in uploading new products, writing compelling product descriptions, and ensuring all listings are optimized with accurate images and pricing.
Order Fulfillment Support:
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure daily orders are processed, packed, and dispatched on time.
Inventory Tracking:
Monitor stock levels across various sales channels (Website, Amazon, etc.) to prevent stockouts or over-selling.
Customer Experience:
Assist the support team in resolving order-related queries, tracking shipments, and managing returns/exchanges.
Data Analysis:
Update daily/weekly sales reports using MS Excel and assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates and TAT.
Competitor Research:
Conduct periodic research on market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities to help the team stay ahead.
Requirements
Experience:
Previous internship experience in an e-commerce company or D2C brand is highly preferred.
Education:
Final year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a must. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central) is a huge plus.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
