We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

E-commerce Intern

to support our online business operations. This role offers practical exposure to e-commerce platforms, product management, digital coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website/marketplaces) Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates and order fulfillment Monitor order processing, returns, and customer queries Support in analyzing sales data, reports, and performance metrics Help with basic promotional activities, offers, and campaign coordination Ensure accuracy and quality of content across e-commerce channels

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online selling Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
