About the Role:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

E-commerce Intern

to support our online operations team. The intern will assist in managing product listings, monitoring platform performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings across marketplaces/website. Coordinate with the catalog, content, and design teams to ensure accurate product information and quality visuals. Conduct competitor research and market analysis for pricing, trends, and assortments. Assist in planning and executing promotions, campaigns, and online sales events. Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, customer support, marketing) to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company policies. Perform other tasks as required to support the e-commerce team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or related fields. Strong understanding of online shopping platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)--preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable working with data. Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):-

1.Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or marketplace dashboards.

2.Experience with product listing or catalog management (even academic projects).

3.Interest in e-commerce trends and consumer behavior.
