Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce Intern to support our marketplace operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations and online marketplace management across platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Flipkart. The role is ideal for graduates who are looking to build a strong foundation in digital commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and updating product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Support inventory mapping and stock tracking across multiple marketplaces.
Contribute to product content optimization with basic SEO practices.
Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue accuracy and creative requirements.
Monitor product visibility and sales performance; prepare basic reports.
Assist in resolving listing errors, suppressions, or compliance-related issues.
Stay informed about marketplace policies and emerging e-commerce trends.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
0-1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related areas (internships/projects may be considered).
Basic knowledge of marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
