Responsible for managing warehouse operations for online textile sales -- including inventory control, order processing, packing, dispatch, and coordination with e-commerce platforms and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of online orders.
Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular audits.
Manage online platform orders (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and ensure timely dispatch.
Coordinate with courier partners for shipment and returns.
Supervise warehouse staff and maintain workflow efficiency.
Prepare daily reports on stock and dispatch.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
5-8 years' experience in warehouse/e-commerce operations (textile preferred).
Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems & online marketplaces.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
