Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
D2C and marketplace growth strategies
Manage
performance marketing campaigns
across Google, Meta, and marketplace ads
Optimize
conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and customer retention
Handle
product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility
on marketplaces
Drive
social commerce sales
through Instagram and WhatsApp marketing
Track performance metrics and share actionable growth insights
Collaborate with design, tech, logistics, and customer support teams
Key Skills & Requirements
2-3 years of experience in
e-commerce / D2C growth or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with
Shopify or WooCommerce.
Strong understanding of
marketplace operations and ads
Proficiency in
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
Additional Information
Experience: 2+ years (Customer Success in a tech-based product)
