Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team. Track orders, shipments, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in optimizing product content for better visibility and sales. Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or social media. Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and PPC ads. Prepare reports on sales, website traffic, and customer behavior.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Basic computer skills, including MS Office. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
