Job Description

An e-commerce manager specializing in Myntra and Amazon oversees the entire online selling lifecycle on both platforms. This requires a dual set of skills: expertise in Myntra's fashion-centric, brand-driven portal and deep knowledge of Amazon's complex FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and advertising ecosystems. Product listings:

Accurately create and manage product listings for each platform, following specific guidelines for content, images, and data formatting.

Myntra uploading:

Use Myntra's Partner Portal to upload product catalogues via templates (bulk upload) or individually. Fill in detailed product attributes, including sizing, fabric, and fit, to ensure listings are accurate and appealing.

Amazon optimization:

Create and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including writing keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and A+ content to improve search rankings and conversion.

Content optimization:

Ensure all product descriptions, images, and other digital content are compelling and accurate for both audiences. This includes providing multiple high-resolution images that adhere to each platform's specific requirements.
Inventory and order management

Inventory forecasting:

Work with the supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

FBA shipments (Amazon):

Create and manage FBA shipment plans within Seller Central, ensuring products are labeled and sent to the correct Amazon warehouses.

Myntra fulfillment:

Manage inventory specific to Myntra's fulfillment model, which may include direct shipping from the seller's warehouse or through a partner model.

Order processing:

Ensure a smooth flow of order processing, packaging, and dispatch on both marketplaces.
Marketing and promotion

PPC advertising:

Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and other ad campaigns on Amazon and Myntra to boost visibility and drive sales. This includes keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management.

Campaign optimization:

Plan and execute promotional opportunities, discounts, and deals in coordination with each marketplace's marketing calendar.

Promotional events:

Participate in major platform events like Amazon's Great Indian Festival or Myntra's End of Reason Sale.
Performance analysis and growth strategy

Data analysis:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Market research:

Research and analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.

Reporting:

Generate performance reports for management and provide actionable insights.

Strategic planning:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies tailored to each marketplace to drive revenue growth and achieve channel goals.
Customer service and account health

Customer support:

Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on both platforms in a professional and timely manner.

Issue resolution:

Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support and Myntra's partner support to resolve issues related to listings, shipments, or payments.

Account health:

Proactively monitor account health metrics to prevent policy violations and account suspensions.
