We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and coordinate our multiple company websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Shopify
and the ability to handle website updates, content coordination, and follow-ups with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple company websites.
Manage Shopify websites - including product uploads, inventory updates, banner changes, and theme customization.
Ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Track website performance and report issues or improvement suggestions.
Follow up with developers, designers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns by updating website content as required.
Maintain records of updates, approvals, and communications related to website activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Shopify
(must).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website maintenance.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience in managing multiple brand websites.
Familiarity with SEO basics, website analytics tools (like Google Analytics), and Canva or Photoshop for minor edits.
