to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves overseeing product listings, coordinating promotions, analyzing performance data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock levels).
Ensure consistent product categorization and content optimization (SEO-friendly).
Platform & Store Operations
Manage company presence across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and customer queries.
Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams.
Sales & Marketing
Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, marketplace ads).
Track performance of campaigns and optimize for ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze sales reports, website traffic, and customer behavior.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
Customer Experience
Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales customer support.
Monitor customer reviews/ratings and implement improvements.
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Technical Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's online sales platforms and digital infrastructure. This role involves overseeing website development, integrations (payment gateways, ERP, logistics APIs), performance optimization, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:1. Website Development & Maintenance
Manage end-to-end technical operations of the e-commerce website (Shopify, Magento, Woo ,Commerce, or custom-built).
Coordinate with developers or agencies for new features, UI/UX improvements, and technical fixes.
Ensure website uptime, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Manage hosting, domain, and SSL certificates.
2. System Integrations
Oversee integration of ERP, CRM, inventory management, and logistics systems with the e-commerce platform.
Manage and test API integrations for payment gateways, shipping partners, and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Automate key workflows (order processing, invoicing, stock updates, etc.) for operational efficiency.
3. E-commerce Operations Support
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support product uploads, content updates, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and availability.
Implement and maintain analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to track user behavior and conversions.
4. Security & Compliance
Ensure data security, GDPR compliance, and regular website backups.
Monitor for vulnerabilities and coordinate with IT/security teams for timely resolution.
Manage access controls and user roles for internal users and vendors.
5. Performance Optimization & Reporting
Track KPIs: website uptime, conversion rates, bounce rates, load time, and cart abandonment.
Analyze technical performance data to recommend enhancements.
Prepare technical performance reports and share insights with management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
