As an eCommerce Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online sales platforms. This includes overseeing product listings, optimising user experience, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to boost online sales.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on eCommerce platforms including our website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, using data to improve user experience and sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies.
Manage inventory and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Female candidate required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in an eCommerce role appreciated.
Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
