Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and customer service, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms
(Company's Website, Amazon, Zomato etc.).
? Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales.
? Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and insights for
? Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely stock
? Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance user experience.
? Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social
? Manage order processing, returns, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
? Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
? 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
? Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
? Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies is a plus.
