Job Description

We are looking for a

detail-oriented E-commerce Executive

to manage day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth online sales operations across marketplaces and/or the brand website.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms Upload and update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability online Handle basic customer queries related to orders and products Run and monitor platform offers, discounts, and deals Analyze sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Coordinate with marketing team for banners, promotions, and campaigns Ensure platform compliance and resolve listing or account issues

Skills & Requirements

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations Hands-on experience with marketplaces or Shopify/WooCommerce Basic understanding of online pricing, promotions, and inventory Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) Good coordination and communication skills Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in FMCG / F&B / D2C brands Knowledge of Quick commerce Basic understanding of digital marketing & performance reports
