The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, product listings, and digital marketing activities to maximize revenue and ensure an excellent customer experience across all e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across various e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze online sales performance and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Plan and execute online promotions, discount campaigns, and product launches.
Handle product uploads, returns, refunds, and customer queries related to online orders.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, social media, and paid ads to drive traffic and sales.
Track competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, platform guidelines, and brand standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales management.
Strong understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing tools (preferred).
