detail-oriented and self-motivated E-commerce Executive
to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, order management, basic digital marketing coordination, and day-to-day e-commerce operations while working remotely.
This role is suitable for candidates who are disciplined, organized, and comfortable working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
Process and track orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries
Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for smooth order fulfillment
Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly
Assist with basic online promotions, deals, and campaigns
Analyze sales reports and performance metrics
Ensure platform compliance with marketplace policies
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BCA, B.Com, BBA preferred)
Minimum
6 months - 2 years of experience
in e-commerce operations
Hands-on experience with at least one major marketplace (Amazon/Flipkart/Shopify)
Basic understanding of:
Product listing & catalog management
Pricing, offers, and discounts
Order & inventory management
Good computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently from home and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Knowledge of SEO for product listings
Experience with seller dashboards and reports
Basic digital marketing or ads knowledge
Canva or basic image editing skills
CRM or order management tools experience
