E-commerce executive with Social Media

We're searching for an E-commerce executive with customer service that can help clients expand their e-commerce businesses on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, and Shopify. He or she must be able to perform effectively at the initial training session, be a quick learner, and be aware of their position and responsibilities.

An initial training session will be provided to familiarize them with the platform and working style.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manages online sales and marketing through both e-commerce platforms and social media channels

Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.

Handling Amazon, eBay and other e-commerce Seller Accounts.
Create Various Product Listing & Listing Optimizing.
Analyses Keywords & Handling SEO Content management.
Product Image Processing.
Manage Order & Pricing for all orders.
Manage all the Return & Refund orders.
A+ Content Creation.
Manage PPC campaigns & Promotion.
Handling Customer message support.
Handling Account Health of the Respective Clients.
Product and Competitor Research.
Operational Requirements:

The Candidate should have good knowledge about Photoshop, excel and word.
Amazon seller central knowledge is a plus.
The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.
Should stay positive in difficult positions.
The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
Candidates must be a graduate and should be comfortable working in the UK time shift.
Candidates should have good communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent Written & Oral Communication & Presentation Skills.
Proactively chooses to learn and utilize new skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic & Confident individual.
