Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform. Managing and executing promotional campaigns. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps. Expert in handling company's own ecommerce website. Good exposer in D2C, Promotion and Inventory support. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance. Have solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks, creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation. Establishing the brand in the market as a destination of choice for the target audience by targeting different e-com portals as selling platform. Identifying new customer/market opportunities that fit within the brand value proposition. Developing the annual marketing budget required for the business along with measurable outcomes to project and measure return on investment. Creating targeted campaigns and developing all offline and online communication and promotional collateral like brochures, flyers, coupons etc to support the campaign. Agency coordination for developing relevant creative and all online marketing initiatives which include website management, online advertising. Handle day-to-day Search Engine Marketing (Ad-words) activities including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, keyword research. He will be responsible for achieving sales Targets.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
