Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

E-Commerce Executive

to manage and optimize our brand presence across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a strong analytical mindset to help scale the brand to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy across multiple e-commerce platforms including

Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa

, and others. Monitor platform performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous growth. Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless listing workflows and brand consistency. Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using

Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

. Identify opportunities for improvement in listing quality, ranking, visibility, and customer engagement. Ensure smooth order processing, returns handling, inventory sync, and seller compliance across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

managing e-commerce platforms. Strong working knowledge of

Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa, and similar marketplaces

. Proficiency in

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.)

. Ability to analyze numbers, performance metrics, and trends to build actionable insights. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
