E-commerce Executive
to join our team and support our online operations across multiple marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Myntra, etc.
Upload and update product listings, images, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor order processing, returns, and customer feedback across all portals.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and order fulfillment.
Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and support promotional strategies.
Handle marketplace issues, tickets, and communication with portal teams.
Ensure product content, descriptions, and images meet marketplace guidelines.
Support the team in planning and managing marketing campaigns and offers.
Requirements:
Minimum
1+ years of experience
in e-commerce operations (fashion industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces.
Ability to multitask and manage daily operations independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic Excel skills and understanding of marketplace dashboards.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
