Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an

E-Commerce Executive

. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and Shopify websites while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing

Amazon Seller Central

operations, including product listings, order management, and account health monitoring in Canada and USA. Support in creating, updating, and optimizing

Shopify websites

, including product uploads, content updates, and minor troubleshooting. Conduct

keyword research

and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales. Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating with logistics partners for order fulfillment. Help set up and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and analyze performance metrics. Assist in generating performance and sales reports for both Amazon and Shopify platforms. Provide support in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify). Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

and other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Knowledge of tools like

Helium 10

,

Jungle Scout

, or other Amazon tools.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Office Location: Calcutta Mansion, 4 Bishop Lefroy road, Kolkata-700020, Near Rabindra Sadan Metro Station.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
