Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive (Fresher) to assist in managing online product listings, order processing, and overall backend operations of various online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in the growing e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in listing new products across various e-commerce platforms. Content creation Ensure product information, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and updated. Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for order processing and shipment tracking. Monitor stock levels and update inventory on portals. Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints in a timely manner. Generate basic sales and performance reports for marketplaces. Maintain compliance with platform policies and seller standards. Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and pricing updates.

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic understanding of online marketplaces is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools/platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub is a bonus.

As per industry standards (Fresher level)

Immediate or as per notice period

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
