Job Description

E-commerce Executive:

Oversees the overall development of the e-commerce site and implements strategies to improve user experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

Ensuring the website is user-friendly, accurate, and functional. This includes managing product listings, content, and overall site design.

Digital Marketing:

Developing and executing strategies to attract customers and increase sales through various channels like SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Inventory Management:

Coordinating product availability, pricing, and stock levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Order Management:

Handling the entire order process, from purchase to delivery, including payment processing and customer service.

Customer Service:

Providing support to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to their online purchases.

Data Analysis:

Monitoring website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, improve customer experience, and enhance overall e-commerce performance.

Team Leadership:

Managing and guiding teams of specialists in areas like content creation, design, and development.
