Job Description

About the Role:

Drive sales growth and operational excellence across Indian marketplaces (.in platforms) for our Ayurvedic wellness products. Manage listings, inventory, promotions, and customer service to maximize revenue in domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize product listings on Amazon.in, Flipkart, and other Indian marketplaces.

?Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock levels across domestic platforms.

Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and festive offers

Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer feedback using Excel/Google Analytics.

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries in India.

Handle customer queries, returns, and reviews to maintain 4.5+ ratings.

Track competitor pricing and market trends in health & wellness category.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years e-commerce experience (Amazon/Flipkart seller accounts)

Strong Excel skills for sales reporting and inventory tracking

Familiarity with Indian marketplaces and GST compliance

Excellent communication for vendor/logistics coordination

Basic digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC for .in platforms)

Preferred

Experience with Ayurvedic/health products

Knowledge of Shopify/Woo Commerce for website sales

Hindi + English proficiency for customer support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
