We're a fast-growing beauty e-commerce brand, and we're looking for an
E-commerce Logistics & Operations Executive
to manage end-to-end order processing, shipment coordination, delivery tracking, and customer care. The role requires strong ownership of daily operational workflows, accurate documentation, proactive issue resolution, and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth post-order customer experience.
Key Responsibilities & KRAs
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination
Process daily B2C orders on shopify, and B2B bulk orders for different online marketplaces like amazon, nykaa, myntra, etc. within defined timelines.
Ensure accurate order tagging, invoice generation, and handover for dispatch.
Coordinate closely with warehouse, courier partners, and internal teams to prevent order backlogs.
Monitor and resolve order-level issues prior to dispatch.
2. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Monitoring
Track all active shipments on a daily basis.
Proactively manage NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) and take corrective action within defined timelines.
Raise UD (Undelivered) and RAD (Reverse After Delivery) tickets within SLA.
Work with courier partners to reduce delivery failures and repeat NDRs.
3. Customer Experience & Response Management
Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, returns, and complaints.
Ensure timely, professional, and resolution-focused communication.
Coordinate internally to close customer issues efficiently.
4. Documentation & Operational Reporting
Maintain daily and weekly operational trackers and MIS reports.
Ensure all order, shipment, NDR, and remittance data is accurately recorded.
Maintain structured documentation of operational processes and escalations.
5. COD Remittance Reconciliation
Track daily COD remittances from courier partners.
Reconcile expected vs received payments.
Flag discrepancies and coordinate with partners and finance teams for closure.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and order management systems
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Preferred Background
Experience in
e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, order management, and customer operations
Familiarity with courier platforms, shipment dashboards, and CRM tools is an advantage
