We are looking for a detail-oriented and growth-focused

E-commerce Executive

to support and manage our online business operations for a diversified product portfolio including Hair Care, Hair Oils, Hair Treatments, Hair Coloring, Henna Paste, Perfumes & Attar, Bakhoor & Agarbatti, Derma, and Skincare (www.dkihenna.com). The role focuses on day-to-day e-commerce operations, coordination, and performance support across D2C and marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, content, pricing, and inventory on marketplaces and D2C website. Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and customer queries. Support execution of online promotions, offers, and campaigns. Monitor sales, stock movement, and basic performance metrics. Coordinate with design, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Assist in catalog optimization, image uploads, and content updates. Maintain reports on sales, returns, and platform performance.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA with 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and/or D2C platforms. Basic understanding of digital marketing, pricing, and inventory management. Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

Pay: ₹10,621.81 - ₹32,523.11 per month
