We are looking for a detail-oriented

Ecommerce Executive

with hands-on experience in managing day-to-day ecommerce operations. The role involves end-to-end marketplace management, inventory control, order processing, and coordination with vendors and customers to ensure smooth operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels across marketplaces and internal systems Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs and overstocking Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery Track order status and resolve fulfillment-related issues Perform regular sales, payment, and inventory reconciliation Identify discrepancies and coordinate with marketplaces and internal teams for resolution Create, update, and optimize product listings Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images across platforms Coordinate with vendors for pricing, stock availability, and dispatch timelines Maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth supply flow Manage customer at store, queries, complaints, and returns professionally Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart,Myntra and more etc. - preferred) Strong understanding of inventory control and reconciliation Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
