Job Summary:
We are looking for a E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in product listings, customer query handling, listing optimization, and day-to-day operations on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Amazon Seller Central account.
List new products with accurate details, keywords, and high-quality images.
Update existing listings with latest information and optimize for better visibility.
Monitor and handle customer queries, messages, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Track order processing, returns, and feedback.
Work on resolving account health issues and performance metrics.
Coordinate with the internal team for content, pricing, and logistics.
Stay updated with Amazon's policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central account.
Strong understanding of Amazon listings, SEO, and backend keywords.
Proficient in MS Excel
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
