Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management (Flipkart / Quick Commerce Platforms)

Manage product listings, uploads, and catalog updates on Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc. Ensure accurate product information, images, pricing, and inventory availability. Monitor platform dashboards for alerts, order spikes, account health, and policy notifications. Coordinate with platform account managers for promotions, visibility, and issue resolution.

Order & Inventory Management

Track daily orders, ensure smooth dispatch, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team. Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory across all platforms. Reduce cancellation rates through proactive stock, pricing, and SLA management.

Pricing, Promotions & Growth

Create and manage deals, offers, and promotional campaigns on quick commerce and marketplace dashboards. Track competitor pricing and adjust strategies for better visibility and sales. Work with internal teams to plan monthly sales targets and growth strategies.

Account Health & Compliance

Maintain high seller ratings, on-time shipping, and low return/cancellation rates. Handle customer escalations, product returns, and negative feedback resolution. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies to avoid penalties and listing suppression.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, stock reports, and performance dashboards. Analyze sales trends, platform analytics, and campaign performance. Recommend actionable improvements to increase revenue and margins.
