We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, improving product visibility, analyzing sales trends, and enhancing the overall user experience to drive online revenue growth.
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of stock online.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and metadata to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
Handle online order processing, returns, and customer queries.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report key metrics.
Develop and produce a wide range of social media content, including posts, stories, videos, live streams, and more. listing and run the product on social media app like facebook Instagram,meeshow,myntra. Manage and optimize content across different social media platforms (e.g ) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
