Job Summary
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces. The role includes product listing, account management, order handling, and ensuring smooth performance of all ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces.
Monitor pricing, promotions, catalog health, and account metrics.
Manage daily orders, cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
Coordinate with warehouse team for timely dispatches.
Track sales, inventory levels, and generate reports.
Monitor competition and market trends.
Assist in new product launches and page enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any field .
6 months - 2 years
experience in ecommerce operations.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
Good communication and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
