Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on domestic marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, and others.
Ensure accurate product content: titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve revenue and visibility.
Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, and deals to maximize sales.
Analyze marketplace trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and ratings to maintain high customer satisfaction and seller rating.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience managing domestic marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms and seller tools.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
