Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive E-Commerce Executive from the

FMCG industry

who can independently manage all e-commerce platforms and drive sales growth. The candidate should be well-versed with marketplace operations, listings, PPC, reporting, and daily order management.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage complete operations for e-commerce platforms:

Amazon Flipkart Nykaa Blinkit Shopify / Website
? Daily Tasks:

Create and update product listings with correct keywords and descriptions Monitor inventory and avoid out-of-stock situations Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure

daily order shipments

Create shipments, labels, and handle order tracking Ensure timely reconciliation and payment follow-ups Manage returns, replacements, and customer queries
? PPC & Marketing Activities:

Handle PPC ads for Amazon/Flipkart Analyze campaign performance and optimize Improve visibility and sales through keyword research & competitor analysis
? Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports Share performance insights with management Track marketplace penalties and resolve issues on time
? Operational Efficiency:

Maintain hygiene of platform listings Support new product launches & promotions Work on improving product rankings Boost low-performing product sales with strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Candidate must be from the FMCG industry

Minimum 2-3 years of e-commerce operational experience Strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart seller panels Good understanding of PPC campaigns and keyword optimization Strong analytical and reporting skills Good Excel knowledge Ability to manage operations independently Good communication and problem-solving skills
